Will my clients see your name anywhere?
No. The booking page, the portal, the forms and the cards carry your name, logo and colors.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
There is no official HIPAA certification for software, so be careful with anyone who claims one. What protects your practice is a signed BAA: on Clinic and Enterprise, the hosting runs under a signed BAA at every layer before client records move in.
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan is priced per clinic with an unlimited team. Plans differ by locations and by how many providers have their own calendar.
Can I bring my data from my current system?
Yes. Clients, upcoming appointments, packages and balances come over as data, and past chart notes, signed forms and photos come in as documents on each client's record, as far as your current system exports them. Saved cards move between processors and both systems run side by side until you flip the switch.
Can I take my data with me?
Always. A full export is available at any time.
